Overview:
Singapore’s premier Indian dining establishment, Gayatri Restaurant, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef with a specialization in Indian cuisine. The successful candidate will join our team in Singapore. We are open to applications from candidates in India and abroad.
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 20 years’ experience in culinary team management.Extensive knowledge of both North and South Indian cuisines.Familiarity with both banquet and restaurant operations.Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to work efficiently and guide a team.Strong communication skills, with a focus on guest interaction and satisfaction.
