voco Jim Corbett appoints Sanjay Chauhan as its Head Chef. With over 18 years of experience across India, Bhutan, and Canada, Sanjay brings with him culinary expertise and a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences.
Sanjay began his career in 2006, training at renowned hospitality brands. A graduate of GIHM Dehradun with a specialization in Culinary Arts, he further pursued a Master’s in Hotel Management, refining his skills in hospitality administration.
His career highlights include key roles at Ananda in the Himalayas, The Westin New Delhi, DoubleTree by Hilton, Le Meridien Gurgaon, and executive chef positions at Sterling Holiday Resorts and Dhensa Boutique Resort.
Chef Chauhan shared, “I am honoured to join voco Jim Corbett and look forward to working with their wonderful culinary team. I am eager to celebrate local flavours through innovative dishes that showcase the essence of Uttarakhand.”
