Humble Bean’s new initiative Fast Coffee has recently opened its flagship store in Koramangala, Bangalore. The latest venture is made on the norms of sustainable trade and aims to offer a coffee that builds a bridge between coffee producers and consumers.

The store features a quick-service style format that offers high-quality premium coffee while promoting sustainability. Their menu has many options inspired by global flavours infused with local preferences. Some of their signature coffee are Cold Brew Float, Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Cappuccino, and Mocha with food options such as Cinnamon Swirls, Chicken Sausage Rolls and Kaya Toast. The average bill for 2 people would come around Rs 600 thus making it affordable and budget-friendly.

Co-Founder Soomanna said, “Every time you sip on your favourite brew, you’re taking part in a web of human connections that delivered that cup of coffee into your hands. With Fast, we want to make coffee that’s not just good to drink but good for the earth. It’s about closing the value chain gap and supporting Indian coffee-growing communities in a sustainable, fair, and transparent way.”

Their vision promotes sustainability by using reusable cups and eco-friendly materials aiming to bring change in the coffee culture around the country. They are planning to expand by opening 5 more outlets in Bangalore by late 2025 coming to 10 stores in the city.

Fast coffee is designed for students, creative individuals and young professionals. It caters to all fast-paced and modern audiences who are passionate about quality coffee and sustainability. The Koramangala outlet has now set the benchmark for a sustainable movement in India’s coffee culture especially in responsible consumption and community.

Puja, Co-Founder added, “Fast’s tagline, Fearless, Authentic, Sustainable Together, reflects the mindset of a generation ready to embrace change and make responsible choices. This philosophy is evident in our menu, décor, and every customer interaction. By sourcing ingredients locally, we ensure a lighter, preservative-free dining experience.”

A perfect place where you can have sustainable coffee with the community, offering a glimpse into the future of responsible café culture.
