Hyatt Delhi Residences has announced the appointment of Ranjana Pal as its new General Manager. A highly distinguished leader within the Hyatt ecosystem, Pal steps into this transformative role bringing with her over two decades of extensive global hospitality experience, spanning key leadership positions across major international brands, including both Hyatt and Marriott International. Her appointment is seen as a strategic move to further strengthen the property’s standing in the luxury extended-stay market, emphasizing operational excellence, cultural transformation, and unparalleled resident experience.

Ranjana Pal is recognized as a transformational leader who consistently drives high-impact results through a strategic blend of operational rigor, business foresight, and an unwavering commitment to people and culture. Her career journey reflects an exceptional ability to align business objectives with cultural transformation, fostering high-performing yet human-centered workplaces—a philosophy that perfectly aligns with Hyatt’s core purpose of care.
Pal’s tenure within the Hyatt family began in 2019. Most recently, she served as the Cluster Director of Human Resources at Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt & Hyatt Delhi Residences. In this critical role, she was instrumental in strengthening the property’s leadership pipeline, optimizing productivity, and shaping a culture that led to exceptional team engagement and guest experiences. Under her stewardship, Andaz Delhi received significant external validation, earning the distinction of being the Most Preferred Workplace for three consecutive years by Team Marksmen.
Her dedication to leadership development is further highlighted by her graduation from Hyatt’s prestigious General Manager Development Program. Demonstrating her ability to handle complex, multi-brand operations with both precision and empathy, she previously served as a Taskforce General Manager at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri.
Prior to joining Hyatt, Pal held significant leadership positions with Marriott International. Her contributions here were crucial, particularly in areas like talent development, organizational design, and pre-opening strategy for flagship properties such as the JW Marriott Chandigarh, JW Marriott Mussoorie, and Renaissance Ahmedabad.
