Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield has announced the appointment of Flavius Chettiar as its new Director of Operations. A seasoned hospitality professional, Chettiar brings a wealth of expertise spanning over 15 years in luxury hotel management, food and beverage strategy, and large-scale operations across prestigious global brands.
In his new role, Chettiar will lead end-to-end hotel operations, focusing on departmental coordination, service excellence benchmarks, and the execution of strategic growth initiatives. His mandate is to further strengthen the property’s market positioning in Bengaluru’s competitive hospitality landscape while maintaining Marriott International’s global standards.
Prior to joining Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Chettiar served as the Director of Food & Beverage at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, where he was instrumental in driving profitability and launching innovative dining concepts.
