Carnival by Trèsind, the progressive Indian dining destination in Juhu, Mumbai, has once again elevated the culinary landscape with the launch of its bold new Carnival Experience Menu—a transformative concept that merges modern Indian cuisine with immersive theatrical storytelling.

Renowned for its playful, boundary-pushing approach to Indian gastronomy, Carnival by Trèsind redefines dining by turning every meal into a multisensory performance where food, culture, and creativity collide. The restaurant, known for its visual drama and inventive flavors, now introduces a completely reimagined tasting menu that engages the senses beyond taste alone.

The Carnival Experience Menu is the brainchild of celebrated Chef Sarfaraz Ahmed, who has redefined the idea of food as performance. “I don’t just want to serve dishes—I want to tell stories,” says Ahmed, Corporate Chef at Passion F&B. “Every plate is an emotional journey that connects cultures, stirs curiosity, and invites guests to play with their food. It’s Indian cuisine as you’ve never seen—or felt—it before.”

Built around the concept of “Edible Storytelling,” the new menu unfolds like a theatrical act, where each of the eight meticulously curated courses is a scene in a larger narrative. Expect tableside interactions, dramatic presentations, and visually arresting dishes that blur the boundaries between the dining room and the stage.

Some of the standout highlights include:

Water Chestnut & King Oyster Mushroom Krapow and the Kanyakumari Crab Krapow, both paired with delicate South Indian Vatayappam. A luxurious Parmesan & Saffron Khichdi, adorned with 24-carat gold leaf and accompanied by olive pickle—a dish that perfectly marries nostalgia with culinary boldness. For non-vegetarians, the Recado Negro, a deeply flavorful Maharashtrian-style kaala mutton served with koshimbir salad and sourdough pao, and the Kombdi Rassa with chicken dumplings deliver elevated regional flair. The experience reaches its peak with the Carnival Celebration, a grand dessert finale presented tableside as a sensory spectacle designed to leave a lasting impression.

Offered in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian formats, the Carnival Experience Menu invites guests to explore a one-of-a-kind gastronomic journey—thoughtfully designed to spark conversation, curiosity, and delight with every bite.
