A leading industrialist from Kerala is planning to launch a chain of South Indian restaurants across the country. The company would be looking for a hospitality consultant or a consultancy company. The potential candidate/company would be in the forefront taking care of the entire needs of the organization from setting up the company, finalizing menu, setting up automation and procurement of equipment, interirors, food safety, setting up the kitchen brigade and help them run the kitchen effectively.
We ideally prefer someone who had successfully implemented South Indian chain of restaurants in both domestic and offshore markets.
