Chef Sareen has held important positions in prestigious establishments like the Sheraton Grand Bangalore, Hilton Chennai, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, Leela Palace Bangalore, and Taj Lands End Mumbai throughout his illustrious career. His knowledge of multi-outlet hotel management is extensive.

Bene, the Italian restaurant at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore, won the Times Food & Nightlife Awards’ “Best Italian Restaurant in Bangalore” under his direction. In addition, the establishment received recognition from the South Asia Travel Awards as “South Asia’s Leading Business Hotel—Gold.”
