Meron’s Instant Dessert-Premixes Bring European Deserts To Indian Kitchens

Ernakulam, September 22 – Pioneers of producing and exporting top-quality ingredient mixtures, ‘Meron’ is all set to launch more products to the instant dessert pre-mixes that will bring the European desserts to the Indian kitchen so as to facilitate the ‘instant and easy-to-make preparations’ in the households.

Meron has come up with seven premium dessert premixes which include Crème Brulee, Chocolate Mousse, Vanilla Panna cotta, Strawberry Panna cotta, chocolate pudding, Tiramisu and caramel pudding.

With Meron’s instant dessert premixes, one can easily prepare European dessert at home in just 3 steps.

Additionally, Meron is set to launch a range of products for Children, catering to their tastes while at the same time ensuring that their health is not compromised. These products will have all Natural Colours and Flavours guaranteeing safe consumption and no health risks.

We invest considerable time and talent in studying and developing recipes and formulations that cater to the ever-changing preferences of our target audience, while at the same time ensuring high standards of quality and performance”, said Kurian Jose, the CEO of Meron.

In the HORECA segment, the company plans to launch a range of Improvers and Stabilisers specifically designed for each type of dish. This will expand on our current range of Dough Improvers and Milk Shake Stabilisers. These products have all been tested for their quality standards and will provide consistent results every time they are used, ensuring accuracy in the end recipe that the Chef uses.

“You may have many dessert premixes in the market, but they are either basic or don’t offer much variety. If you want to cook a special dessert for a party or even for yourself, you may have to go through a whole recipe and prepare accordingly. This is where Meron makes a difference and stands apart”, said Catherine Kurian, AGM – Sales & Marketing.

Natural colours and flavours 

One of the biggest traits of Meron is to ensure that the ingredients manufactured are from natural products so as to ensure the health concerns of the children are addressed.

“All our Desert Premixes and the new Kids range that we are planning to launch have Natural Flavours and Colours. These ingredients meet tested standards of quality and their tastes and freshness enhance the experience for the end consumer. Parents can also rest assured of the health concerns they may have for their young ones”, said Kurian.

Customised solutions for HORECA

The new range of HORECA (Hotel Restaurant Catering industry) products that will be unveiled by Meron will cater to improving specific recipes and food preparations, ensuring consistent quality with ease of use. The key in bringing convenience to this segment is to reduce the steps in their recipe preparation. With our products, HORECA consumers will be able to fasten their process and provide enhanced products.

“Loving earth café is a plant-based café. We serve fully vegan foods. We use Meron Pana cotta, chocolate mousse as it is very tasty and is a delicious treat. One of the biggest advantages is it is very easy to prepare. Our customer feedback is also excellent”, said Basil, Chief Chef of ‘Loving Earth Café’.
