Pallavi Sharma joins Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) as Front Office Manager

Pallavi Sharma has been hired as the Reception Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Center and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) after more than 10 years in the hotel industry, Pallavi Sharma’s new role has brought her immense experience and dedication to the table.

Pallavi Sharma’s extensive background has been working in renowned brands such as Accor, InterContinental Hotel Group, Carlson and Clarks Hotel Group. their unwavering commitment to efficient operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. Known for her passion for hospitality and innovative methods of service delivery, Pallavi’s appointment with Novotel Hyderabad Convention Center and HICC’s vision to take the guest experience to new heights.

The Front Desk Manager position at ITE, Pallavi is in charge of managing the front desk team to guarantee high-quality service and enhance customer interactions. Her strategic thinking, commitment to service excellence, and natural ability as a team player drive service improvement initiatives and exceed customer expectations.
