Career Journey and Key Responsibilities
Vikas Khatri’s expertise in F&B operations is substantial, honed through significant leadership roles at major hospitality brands. Prior to joining Marriott, he spent over ten years at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, where he held progressively senior capacities, most recently serving as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
During his tenure at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, Khatri achieved notable success in leading large-scale operations, particularly in banquet services and F&B across premium event venues. This included overseeing complex events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and high-profile launches.
In his new role as Food & Beverage Manager for the combined Courtyard and Fairfield properties on the Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, his appointment is key to executing the hotel’s strategic vision. His responsibilities will center on reinforcing the property’s commitment to offering exceptional culinary experiences and impeccable service to both the business and leisure travelers in the highly competitive Bengaluru micro-market.
