Before his promotion, Jaspal was heading the HoReCA segments. Jaspal Singh Johar is a dynamic and astute professional with over 41 years of functional expertise in sales and marketing with core competency in Institutional sales. He is a keen planner, strategist, and implementer with demonstrated abilities to accelerate revenue growth. He has invested in the development of team and created leaders who engaged their heads and hearts to achieve the highest growth. Jaspal also has rich experience in setting up a robust distribution network. He possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, helped build relationships across and beyond Organization. He is an erudite professional who climbed the career ladder to the top management level by out-of-the-box thinking.

Before joining Veeba as Vice-President of Sales (HoReCA) segment, Jaspal had worked with companies Cremica Food industries, Mrs Bector’s Food Specialities, and Tata pharmaceuticals. He had been working in Cremica as a General Manager from 2009 -2015 and took the company to new heights. An alumnus of Kurukshetra University with a Bachelors degree and a Masters in Management degree from the Sikkim Manipal University, Jaspal has an extensive network and goodwill of the stakeholders in the food sector.
