Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has confirmed the signing of a Thai-owned resort in Kollam, Kerala. The resort is a brownfield project. The resort is situated on a 13-acre plot on the scenic Thirumullavaram beach and offers nearly 600 meters of pristine beach. The hotel has 205 rooms, each of which has a wonderful view of the Arabian Sea. With its extensive selection of facilities, including a day opening restaurant, gastronomic space, sophisticated bar, spa amenities, and swimming pool, and gym, guests can enjoy everything. With over 20,000 square feet of versatile banquet space and expansive lawns, it is an ideal venue for both corporate meetings and social events.
