In his capacity as the Executive Chef, Rajeev will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations at the hotel. His profound knowledge of various international cuisines, including Mexican, Caribbean, Classical French, Italian, and Indian, positions him perfectly to elevate the hotel’s culinary offerings to new heights.
Rajeev’s expertise extends to banquet kitchen operations, making him a valuable asset to the hotel’s diverse events and catering services. He is well-versed in incorporating new trends in plate presentation, including molecular gastronomy, promising to enhance the dining experiences of the hotel’s esteemed guests.
Rajeev Kumar’s culinary journey began with his education at the prestigious Mahindra Management Institute, where he honed his culinary skills and developed an unwavering passion for gastronomy. Throughout his illustrious career, he has worked in renowned luxury hotels such as Marriott, Hyatt, Mahindra, and The Lalit Mumbai. Notably, Rajeev has been part of the pre-opening teams of various establishments, earning valuable experience and leadership qualities along the way.
His commitment to delivering high-quality cuisine has earned Rajeev multiple accolades, including the prestigious “Game Changer & Chef of the Year 2021-2022” and “Most Admired Chef 2021-2022” awards from Marriott International.
