A new restaurant, Nagari, has been opened in Taj-Agra with the assistance of CYK Hospitalities. The joint venture is part of an exciting new trend in Indian food and beverage. Located on the bustling Padam High Street, Nagari offers a culinary escape for locals and tourists alike.
Located on Fatehabad Road opposite the Hilton Hotel, Nagari serves authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine with care. CYK Hospitalities provided end-to-end services from menu ideation and planning to staff hiring and training, recipe development and SOP creation.

Nagari’s menu celebrates Indian vegetarian cuisine from across the country. Signatures include Dal Batt fondue from Rajasthan, Chole Kulche from Delhi’s Chandni Chowk and Lucknow’s famous Dilruba Seekh Kebab. Innovative reinterpretations such as Aloo Gobhi Missi Tart and Daphne Donut give something of a modern edge, while classics like Kathal Bhel and Dal Makhani Shots fill the air. For a complete dining experience, Nagari offers tasting plates with mains, biryani or bread, salad, raita, chutneys and papads.
A combination of modern and traditional design elements adorns the restaurant’s minimalistic yet elegant interior. The interiors of Nagar have been designed to enhance its gastronomic delights and reflect its unique cuisine. A sophisticated dining experience is provided by the beige, royal blue and green color scheme.
