Mohkam Singh is now the Executive Chef of Hilton Jaipur, bringing fresh and talented chefs to the table. He brings a wealth of culinary knowledge and in his new role, will lead the culinary department and enhance the guest experience.

His experience spanning over 19 years includes working with top restaurant brands in India and abroad, such as The Lalit, Radisson, and One and Only Royal Mirage. He has excellent communication skills and consistent performance. . Mohkam will lead all aspects of Hilton Jaipur’s culinary department, including four outlets, 11,000 square feet of banquet and outdoor dining and IRD operations across 179 rooms.
