Every Sunday in November 2022, The Orchid Mumbai Vile Parle will feature a specially crafted brunch including distinctive foods from India’s four states of Punjab, Maharashtra, West Bengal, and Tamil Nadu. On November 6, ‘Punjab da Swaad’ was served to sample traditional Punjabi cuisine. ‘Maharashtrian Tadka’ will be served on November 13, ‘West Bengal Delights’ on November 20, and ‘Traditional Tamil Cuisine’ on November 27, 2022.
Guests can choose from a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine cooked by the Boulevard’s skilled chefs.
Chef Paramjeet Chaudhary has created a menu of Punjab’s most popular authentic dishes, such as Paneer Makhanwala, Sarso ka Saag Aur Makai ki Roti, Murgh Patiyala, and Ma ki Dal.
Chef Bijay Das has created a special menu that includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Bengali food. Aloo Posto, Dalma, Kosha mangsho (Mutton), and Ilish Masha Jhol are among them.
Chef Laxmikant Lad has created a Maharashtrian-inspired cuisine with dishes such as Bharleli Bhindi, Valache Bhirda, Komdi Fry, and Bangda Curry.
Chef Bala Subramanian has selected traditional Tamil-style cuisine with a variety of delectable delicacies such as Pori cha kootu (cabbage), Poondu kuzhambu, Eral Sukka (Spicy Prawns Curry), and Kozhi Varutha Curry.
