Britannia Bel Foods Private Limited, a joint venture between Britannia Industries and Bel SA, a French dairy snacking company, was established to develop, produce, and sell cheese products in India and other selected countries. To lead the marketing function and support the company’s ambitious growth plans, Mustufa Arsiwalla, a highly experienced consumer marketer and brand strategist, has joined the Joint Venture. He has more than 17 years of experience in leadership roles, working with brands such as Frooti, Ferrero Rocher, and Kinder Joy in various consumer goods categories.
In his new role, Mustufa will leverage his vast experience and expertise to oversee portfolio and positive brand strategy, activation and integrated communication, and innovation. He has been part of Bel India’s growth story and the global team for the past 3.5 years, working on building The Laughing Cow business and brand in India. Under his leadership, The Laughing Cow has won multiple accolades in the last year.
In a LinkedIn post, Mustufa expressed his excitement about his new position as Chief Marketing Officer at Britannia Bel Foods Private Limited. He aims to deepen the company’s presence and make delicious and nutritious cheese accessible to families in India. Mustufa’s goal is to strengthen the positioning and visibility of the iconic brand, Britannia The Laughing Cow, catering to the evolving needs of Indian consumers.
