NStore To Assist Monginis Bakery Chain In Leveraging ONDC Capabilities

Mumbai-based bakery and pastry chain Monginis has partnered with nStore Technologies, a digital platform that operates across ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) communities. Through this collaboration, Monginis stores can offer promotions, create offers, and fulfill orders at a hyperlocal level, utilizing their omnichannel presence. The platform will also enable the franchisee partners of Monginis to become discoverable on the ONDC network. The nStore platform offers the ability to present catalogs at a hyperlocal level, allowing customers to order online through a QR code without downloading an application. As ONDC gains momentum, Monginis will be able to increase the size of its sales and marketing channels.

According to Ayyappan Swamy, national head of marketing and franchise operations at Monginis, the partnership will leverage the nStore platform, which offers a simple way to engage with communities. The platform also recognizes each store as a fulfillment unit, essential for success, particularly with perishable products that require freshness while delivering.
