Paytronix, a provider of SaaS Customer Experience Management (CXM) solutions for restaurants and convenience stores have recently announced that Pamela Robertson has been named Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In her new role, Robertson will extend the Paytronix brand, experience and solutions to the marketplace, with the goal to increase customer awareness and operational success.
As CMO of Paytronix Robertson will lead strategy and tactics across the full spectrum of performance marketing, including content, campaigns, brand, events, product marketing, PR, social media, paid search and more, to lead brand and revenue. You will closely align marketing with sales to continually refine people, segments, targeting, messaging and nurturing strategies to help promote and deliver quality solutions to users.

Robertson comes to Paytronix from Boston-based CrunchTime! Information Systems Inc. where as VP/Head of Marketing, she has built a solid cross-functional marketing, program and process team. Before going to CrunchTime! Robertson was senior vice president of global B2B marketing at TransUnion, where she led various marketing functions around the world. Previously, she led brand and content teams at Experian Marketing Services, which designed and delivered compelling thought leadership for various hospitality and consumer brands. She earned a B.S. in broadcast journalism from Boston University.
