Chef Shankar Krishnamurthy, a co-founder of Book My Chef, boasts a remarkable culinary journey that commenced in 1986 at Oberoi Hotels, where he specialized in French cuisine. His exceptional skills garnered global recognition, leading him to Dubai, where he further refined his craft under the guidance of renowned international chefs. Notably, Chef Shankar had the privilege of catering to royal palace affairs, serving distinguished heads of state. In 2002, he ventured into Hyderabad’s culinary scene and established Fusion9, the city’s first global restaurant. His relentless passion for culinary excellence propelled Fusion9 to unprecedented success, expanding to 18 outlets across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Delhi.
