Roostels India, a hospitality company, has announced its plans to open 15 franchise-based theme hotels in popular holiday destinations in India. The company expects these hotels to generate a revenue of Rs 100 crore. The first resort under this brand, called Roadies Rostel Leisure Arc, is set to open in Ahmedabad.
According to Aditya Kushwaha, the Chairman and Founder of Roostels India, the hospitality industry is experiencing a strong recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic. The Roadies Rostel brand aims to provide a unique holiday experience tailored to the preferences of the new-age millennial traveler, focusing on thrill and adventure.
In Ahmedabad, the company has incorporated space for adventure activities near the hotel, and they plan to replicate this concept in the upcoming hotels as well. Each resort will offer sports and leisure activities for guests to enjoy. The first resort in Ahmedabad features 17 Roadies-themed rooms.
Roostels India is also in discussions to open similar theme hotels in other cities across the country, aiming to expand its presence in the market.
