The Navi Mumbai Marriott Hotel’s General Manager position has been filled by Saurabh Dube. Saurabh has been a hospitality professional for more than 20 years and will be at the helm of the new property with ‘Visionary vision’ and extensive knowledge of hotel management.

His career in hospitality started with Oberoi Hotels and Resorts. He has held several senior positions in the majority of Mumbai’s top restaurant chains. His experience spans from food and beverage management to sales and business development, events and catering expertise, and revenue generation.
During his tenure as the Managing Director of Sheraton Grand Pune, Saurabh successfully reopened the hotel after the pandemic and transformed it into a top choice for business travelers.
Under his leadership, the hotel achieved significant growth in turnover and market reputation. He also initiated a strong revenue and reputation strategy that led to significant financial success and market position in 2022.
Prior to that, Saurabh held key positions as Director of Facilities Operations and Director of Sales and Marketing at St. Regis in Mumbai and Director Leela in Mumbai for Business Development. His leadership in these prestigious institutions was instrumental in improving operational efficiency, revenue management and market expansion.
