Entitled under the brand The Fern Shelter Resort, the new 81-room hotel is the company’s 100th branch in the country.The group marked the achievement of its 100th hotel milestone with an eco-friendly gesture by planting 100 tree saplings at The Fern Shelter Resort in Palghar.
The revenue per available room/ RevPAR, a metric to gauge a hotel’s performance, is approximated to reach ₹4,000 to ₹4,100 per room by the end of FY23.
