Chef Simran Singh Thapar’s culinary journey took flight after serving as a Navigation Officer in the Merchant Navy. He kick-started his illustrious career at The Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development, where he had the privilege of training under the esteemed Chef Parvinder Bali.
