Uttam Dey hasmastered his management and culinary skills working with some of the best kitchen teams across the country by working with food capitals of India,Kolkata, and Delhi to the garden city. He known for his exceptional ability to attend to every customer feedback and implement ways to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. He feels the best cuisines are from India and has a special interest in recreating the long lost authentic regional recipes and bringing them back in the culinary scene of India.

His current role requires him to be responsible for maintaining and building relationship with local vendors, manage day-to-day kitchen operations including sanitation requirements and maintenance of kitchen equipment over and above curating the menu for daily consumption and special occasions.After completing his diploma in Hospitality Management from I.S.M.S Midnapore, he worked with iconic hospitality brands across the country such as Hyatt Regency Kolkata, The Lalit Grand Palace, Srinagar, Hindustan International Kolkata, Mansing Palace, Clarks Amer, to name a few.He is not just limited to that. His hobbies include his love for travelling to various destinations and gaming.
