At the forefront of all these culinary arts are Neville and Michelle Vazifdar, Asian aphiokanades, founders of Royal China and Kuai Kitchen. They launched his Jia with a vision to enter the pan-Asian food segment by fusing Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisine.
“When I started Royal China, I tried to bring the Chinese concept of fine dining to Mumbai and it worked. I was able to try a variety of Asian dishes, including Japanese and Thai, and I really enjoyed the process as I was able to incorporate different dishes into the menu,” says a person who lives in London. After getting married 12 years ago and moving to Mumbai, owner Michelle brings a new perspective to Asian cuisine.
