“When I started Royal China, I tried to bring the Chinese concept of fine dining to Mumbai and it worked. I was able to try a variety of Asian dishes, including Japanese and Thai, and I really enjoyed the process as I was able to incorporate different dishes into the menu,” says a person who lives in London.
