Atmosphere Core, an international hospitality brand, has announced two significant executive hires. Anupam Banerjee has joined the firm as Vice President of Food and Beverage, while Euan Blake has been appointed Assistant Vice President of Communications. The leaders, who will be based in the Maldives, will be in charge of three Atmosphere Core brands: The Ozen Collection, Colours of Oblu, and Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts.

From China to the USA, Anupam Banerjee has traveled the world showcasing his culinary prowess and inventiveness. He will uphold Atmosphere Core’s reputation for producing award-winning culinary experiences and promote brand distinction. Anupam is a natural leader who believes in cultivating a culture of innovation and resilience. The F&B teams at each resort in the expanding company portfolio will be under his direction.
Anupam has held several leadership positions at major international brands during the course of his remarkable two-decade career. Before joining Atmosphere Core, he was the Director of Food and Beverage at The St. Regis Bangkok, where he oversaw four outlets, including a Michelin-starred specialty restaurant. Anupam’s enthusiasm for food and beverage extends beyond the kitchen and is reflected in a deep to preserve hospitality.
As a seasoned expert in the hospitality industry, Euan Blake brings to the position a comprehensive approach that draws from his diverse skill set, which includes insights into hotel management, sales and marketing, and public relations. Along with positioning the newest property, Raaya by Atmosphere, which is scheduled to debut in July 2024, he will be in charge of the company’s eight operational resorts in the Maldives under three different brands. Euan will drive the company’s worldwide communications strategy, amplify brand stories, and increase share of voice, all while directing the company’s enormous global network of public relations agencies.
Having completed his studies in hotel management, Euan began his professional career with practical experience in operations. Following a passion for marketing communications, Euan led global strategic initiatives, specializing in real estate asset launches and repositioning. Euan formerly worked as the Cluster Marketing Manager for the Indian Ocean Region and Special Corporate Projects at JA Resorts & Hotels. He was the Regional Director of Sales for COMO Hotels, specifically in the Maldives.
