Tirupati: Indian Culinary Institute, an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India commissioned at Tirupati and NOIDA which are the state-of-art Institutes and is expected to be at par with the best International Culinary institutes. Both the campus established with an investment worth of approximately ₹ 100 Crores each.

Institute’s Cuisine Theatre having 72 seating capacity with state of art modern facilities for demonstration. This theatre is centrally air-conditioned has modern ovens, grillers, hot plates, gas ranges, under-counter refrigerators, Tawa and a demonstration table with knee operated hand wash sink. Also, it has got a pre-preparation area just behind the presentation area. This fully equipped Cuisine Theatre is ideal to demonstrate different culinary techniques by experienced /celebrity chefs to students and professionals.
On invitation from Indian Culinary Institute, Tirupati; Chef Nitin Ramchandra Shende representing Indian Culinary Federation of Culinary Associations and Government Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Nagpur had a wonderful demonstration on “Easy Techniques to prepare basic sauces, their derivatives and platting techniques” dated 20/02/2020 in Cuisine Theatre and also inaugurated the theatre. All the students in the undergraduate programme enjoyed the session conducted by Chef. Students rated the Lecture Cum Demonstration “Outstanding” during a feedback session.
The demonstration was coordinated by Vishnu Priya Devi and Rajasekhar. All Faculty Members and Students graced the function. After the inauguration, Dr Lomte D M, Faculty Member introduced Nitin to other faculty members and students present at the occasion. Dr. M Thirulogachnader, Academic Incharge welcomed Chef Nitin with floral bouquet.
