What Inspired the journey of Nandhini Deluxe in bringing Andhra Style Cuisine to Bangalore?
Nandhini Deluxe was inspired by the vision of its founder, N Ananda, who hails from the Anantapur district in Andhra Pradesh. Driven by a profound passion for the food industry, he embarked on his culinary journey by establishing a small sweet shop in City Market. Recognizing the need for authentic Andhra-style cuisine in Bengaluru, N Ananda founded Nandhini Deluxe in 1989 at Minerva Circle.
Over the years, it has expanded its authentic Andhra cuisine across Bangalore and beyond, including key locations like Minerva Circle, Gandhi Nagar, Sankey Road, Jayanagar,Frazer Town, St Marks Road, J P Nagar , New Bel Road, R T Nagar, Banashankari, Singasandra, Jigani, and Koramangala. It is now managed by me, the third generation. The restaurant’s legacy is marked by a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, ensuring a delightful culinary experience for patrons.

In 2024, Nandhini Deluxe plans to open four more outlets in Tumkur, Chikmagalur, Hubli, and Hyderabad, alongside the soon-to-open location in Mysore. The restaurant continues to innovate its menu and aims to achieve a significant milestone by becoming a 200 crore company in the next couple of years.
