Pawan Singh is St. Regis Goa Resort’s new Director of F&B as its F&B program moves into an exciting new phase leading to the discovery of a cache of brand new restaurants. All aspects of the F&B operations will be managed by Pawan, with emphasis on promoting the new stores (Miri, Oliveto and Riverside).
Pawan shares that “thrilled to be a part of the inspired leadership team at The St. Regis Goa Resort, where the new dining establishments would complete the resort’s appeal as the perfect vacation option.”
As of 2013, Pawan’s responsibilities include being Food and Beverage Supervisor at Dubai Marriott Harbor Hotel and Suites, having been a loyal member of the Marriott family for over ten years. It then moved to the Marriott Downtown Abu Dhabi in 2016 to open the first Marriott in the UAE capital city Pawan held a number of roles at Marriott Abu Dhabi when he became a manager, before taking the Court in 2019 as head of FandB at Marriott Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The hotel has reached new heights and established a reputation for excellence in food 1 and beverage in the Khmer capital. .
Even during the testing times of COVID, which caused a massive collapse of hotel operations, the hotel achieved remarkable financial results that resulted in it receiving the highest F&B revenue award from Marriott International in the APEC region.
Pawan’s most recent position was as the Director of Food and Beverage at the upscale Westin Siray Bay Resort and Spa in Phuket, Thailand. He helped to channel the COVID effect by redirecting the resort’s restaurants and bars through a stimulated growth corridor, which was also one of his contributions..
