The young personable, dynamic chef is getting ready to explore and showcase the dining experience at Dashanzi with a unique curated food menu that pours out the rich aromatic flavors of the Orient. Chef Chadha brings a rich experience spanning over a decade that has favored him with extreme knowledge and a firm understanding of the finer nuances of Asian cuisine.
The zealous chef has worked alongside three-time Michelin Star Chef Allen Passard, which could be added amongst his most memorable learning experiences. Chef Rohit Chadha worked closely with industry stalwart Chef Hemant Oberoi and also curated sit-down dinners for the French and Belgium consulates in the past. Driven by his passion for culinary innovation and with the commitment of hard work towards excellence, Chef Rohit Chadha is excited to be helping the kitchen at Dashanzi and looks forward to presenting a supernal array of Asian delicacies which conjures ‘art on a plate, true to the restaurant’s philosophy. The dishes include Smoked Sichuan Spiced Lamb Chops, Poached Chicken Dumpling, Chicken and Quail Egg Suimai, Steamed Chilean Sea Bass Sizzled Ginger Soy, Crispy Taro with Silken Tofu and more.
