Sharabi Kukkad is a popular restaurant known for its unique fusion of Northern Indian and Chinese cuisine opens its 5th outlet at Connaught Place, Delhi. It has a diverse menu including Classic North Indian dishes like Butter Chicken, and Rara Gosht to Chinese dishes like Kung Pao Chicken, Drunken Chicken, etc. This restaurant can accommodate 100 guests and it also offers convenient delivery and takeout services. It also provides catering options for special occasions and private events.
Sharabi Kukkad is the brainchild of Chef Deep Chand Dobriyal, who has a strong inclination towards foods of diverse cultures. He has a culinary career experience of over 25 years. He has worked with many prestigious brands like The Lodhi Hotel and Daryaganj. As a result, Sharabi Kukkad’s creative menu combines strong flavours of traditional North Indian Cuisine with refined spices of Chinese dishes.
Additionally, Chef Deep Chand Dobriyal has introduced alcohol-infused dishes like Sharabi Dal and Sharabi Kukkad, which has a unique blend of dry lentils na tender chicken infused with rum.

Vineet Aggarwal also added that the company is open to potential partnerships and collaborations. They are planning to establish 10 outlets in Delhi and Dehradun. The company’s priority is focused to ensure the growth and profitability of the existing operations before considering new investment opportunities. However, they remain open to potential partnerships and collaborations that align with their business goals and values.
While talking about the expansion of the company Vineet Aggarwal said that over the next five years, the company plans to open atleast 100 successful restaurants and takeaway outlets all over India. He added that their primary focus would be serving great food and providing exceptional customer service to their valued customers. To achieve this, they planned to invest in developing new products and services, leveraging technology, and expanding their team of skilled professionals.
